About the Role

As a Grounds and Property Care Technician at Boyd Homes, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, odor-free, and safe environment in our residential communities. This includes conducting daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas and grounds, responding to inclement weather needs, and performing exterior power washing as needed.

You will also assist in turnover and refurbishment of units to ensure a ready and appealing condition, report any safety, maintenance, or housekeeping issues promptly, and efficiently use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
