Residential Community Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Community Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Boyd Homes. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, good verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
About the Job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests by conducting daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas and grounds.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including exterior power washing, and assist with property care.
- Respond to inclement weather needs, such as snow removal when required.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, good verbal communication, and ability to multitask.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 80 pounds.
- Travel: Must have a Valid Driver's License.
