About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Williamson Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a skilled professional to provide compassionate and high-quality obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic care.

You will work closely with patients to ensure their holistic well-being, focusing on emotional support, education, and superior medical attention. This role involves comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and active participation in patient education.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients within appropriate time frames.
  • Plan patient care on an individual basis, identifying problems, needs, and nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and families, ensuring they are equipped to manage their health.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year perinatal experience preferred.
  • Certified Lactation Consultant, preferred.
  • NRP certification within six months of hire.
  • ACLS certification or agree to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Level I, Level II, and fetal monitoring within 1 year of hire.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.
