Job Title: Caregiver - Memory Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Keepsake Village of Columbus Memory Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and cleaning up
  • Participate in activities and events designed to stimulate residents' minds and bodies
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the Resident Care Coordinator
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working with seniors with memory loss preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
