Job Summary

KPMG is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist Manager to join our Managed Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of cloud-based platform applications, collaborating with industry professionals, software engineers, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage cloud-based platform applications, including process design, package implementation, and project reviews.

• Develop and deliver weekly and monthly status reports, performance reports, and analytics to stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day activities of cloud-based enterprise applications, including investigation and diagnosis of incidents, and escalation of unresolved issues to external support.

• Oversee client delivery by providing timely and accurate reporting, creating and delivering insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Assess client requirements, build product-specific functional specifications, and support the planning, preparation, and execution of future releases.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions to define project scope and requirements, and translate business processes to functional/technical specifications and user stories.

• Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to client stakeholders.

• Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework, writing epics and user stories, and guiding the design, build, test, and delivery of cloud platform solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies.

• Manage onshore/offshore teams providing level 2/3 support, including break/fix, enhancements, reports, and upgrades to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based applications.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients.

• Minimum two years of recent experience in a leadership role.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline.

• Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications such as Ivalua.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to articulate ideas effectively and work closely with a mixed team, including project managers, technical consultants, and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions.

• Ability to travel as needed.
