Position Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider plays a crucial role in delivering healthcare services to patients, prioritizing disease prevention, health promotion, and overall wellness. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Diagnosing medical conditions and prescribing appropriate treatments.
- Managing and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Acting as an educator and resource for patients and their families.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Advocating for patients’ needs and preferences throughout their healthcare journey.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification as an APRN, PA, or PAC.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant (State) or National Physician Assistant Certification.
