About the Role

Bon Secours is seeking a skilled Multimodality Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing and producing high-quality images for various medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement procedures to minimize radiation exposure and ensure patient safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited program in nuclear medicine technology or medical sonography.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • State licensure certification, as required.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in diagnostic imaging.
