We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Design Expert to join our team at Lost + Wander. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating design direction and fabric/trim selections for upcoming seasons.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand aesthetic
* Collaborate with sample rooms and vendors to ensure accurate translation of tech packs into development samples
* Research and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and industry developments
* Create tech packs with detailed specifications, including garment measurements, construction details, and trim/fabric information
* Develop cost sheets and product lists on Excel before the season launch
* Organize and maintain design materials in the library

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Associates degree in Fashion Apparel Design
* 5+ years of experience in Fashion Design, preferably with a Women's contemporary brand
* Strong design aesthetic, color sense, and conceptual skills
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and Word
* Basic garment construction knowledge
* Comprehensive knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, color/print usage, graphics, embellishment layouts, and trim
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
