Requirements
  • 6 months of nursing assistant experience or completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
  • Successful completion of an Essentia Health provided Nursing Assistant training program
  • Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
  • Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry
  • BLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date
Work Environment

This role will be based in Building B at St. Marys Medical Center, with a shift rotation that includes day, evening, and night shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work 48 hours per pay period and be available for weekend shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.15 and is part of the SMMC Main Service Workers Local 70 (SMSVW) union. Essentia Health is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
