This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be able to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
  • Use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to complete tasks
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
  • Basic welding skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Eye for detail and ability to maintain focus while working individually
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
