Key Responsibilities- Manage food service operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement food service policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they meet HCSG standards
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality and safety
- Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including income and expenditures, food and supply inventory, and personnel records
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless food service operations
- Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
- Specialized training in food service management and nutrition
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in an institutional setting
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
