Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team at The Henry. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
