**About the Role**
The Medical Science Liaison will serve as a key point of contact for clinicians, researchers, and other stakeholders within the medical community. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at advancing scientific knowledge and improving patient outcomes. This role requires strong scientific acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement educational programs aimed at enhancing the understanding and use of Thermo Fisher Scientific's products among healthcare professionals.
- Provide scientific support and education to key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders on the latest research findings and clinical applications related to our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders through regular communication, educational events, and other activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aimed at promoting Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advances in the field, and communicate this information effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, such as medical science, pharmaceutical sales, or marketing.
- An advanced degree in a life science discipline (PhD, MD, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Excellent scientific knowledge and understanding of the clinical and research landscape.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scientific data and communicate findings effectively.
Estimated Salary Range: $95,900.00–$143,825.00 per annum based in Massachusetts. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
