Position Overview:

Are you looking for exciting and dynamic employment opportunities in premier ski resorts? If you enjoy bringing joy to others through food and beverage service, this role is ideal for you. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work setting. Regardless of your specific responsibilities, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests and fellow team members by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.

Position Details:

  • Location: Mountain Dining Establishments
  • Starting Wage: $11.40 - $12.89 per hour plus tips
    • For tipped positions, a minimum earning of $20 per hour is guaranteed, including tips.
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Offered
  • Experience Level: Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and fellow staff members
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines discussed in daily briefings
  • Gain familiarity with menu items to provide recommendations
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system for accurate order entry
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
  • Optional skiing or snowboarding after work (location dependent)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required; we will provide all necessary training for safe job execution
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This reflects the expected compensation for this role, with individual pay decisions influenced by various factors.
