Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
