Position: Child Care Specialist
Work Schedule: Part-time, Day Shift
Compensation: $16.25 per hour
Role Summary
As a Child Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that children are nurtured in a secure and welcoming environment. You will:
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and visitors.
- Collaborate closely with parents to promote children's learning and social development.
- Assist in the execution of daily activities and educational plans.
- Exhibit patience and a positive demeanor while caring for children aged six weeks to 12 years.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a child care setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of employment.
