Role Summary

The Inventory Quality Control Coordinator will engage in inventory management tasks within a designated department. You will maintain precise records of incoming and outgoing product SKUs. Through both digital and manual inventory counts, you will identify and rectify discrepancies in inventory reports, conducting research as necessary and providing findings to the Inventory Control Manager for evaluation.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure accurate order picking utilizing an RF Scanner
  • Evaluate Inventory Management procedures for precision and effectiveness
  • Maintain cycle count accuracy through both digital and physical methods, reporting findings to Management as required
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse regarding inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels in accordance with the company database (WMS)
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness in the inventory area, including proper inventory placement and accurate labeling
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and tools
  • Manage the disposal of obsolete inventory as instructed
  • Supervise all RMA transactions to guarantee accurate and efficient processing
  • Oversee all RTV transactions to ensure correct processing to vendors
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a warehouse inventory role
  • Experience operating Cherry Picker/Stock Picker equipment
  • At least 2 years in a warehouse inventory position
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and enhance storage and selection efficiency
  • Familiarity with data entry systems
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing and bending for extended periods in a warehouse setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
