Job Summary

This Registered Nurse (RN) role involves delivering top-notch care to patients, administering medications and treatments, and reinforcing health care instructions to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Reinforce health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting patient empowerment.
  • Collaborate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned, demonstrating leadership skills.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current and Valid RN license, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, responding effectively to complex situations.
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations, staying updated on industry standards.
  • Physical strength and stamina, enabling efficient patient care delivery.
  • First aid and CPR certifications, ensuring patient safety.
