Join Our Team: Chas CO LTD is a leading healthcare organization seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, conduct clinical reviews of patient charts, and maintain quality assurance procedures. Additionally, the candidate will direct pharmacy technicians, assistants, and interns, access computer systems for data entry, and participate in the care team providing consultation for specific disease states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare medications for dispensing
  • Counsel patients on medication interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage
  • Conduct clinical reviews of patient charts and operate under collaborative drug therapy agreement protocols
  • Aid in helping patients obtain insurance/patient assistance options
  • Act as part of the care team providing consultation for specific disease states

Salary Range: $124,390 - $162,301 USD annually.

Requirements:

  • Rph or PharmD from accredited school of pharmacy
  • Current valid licensure in the state of Washington and/or Idaho required
  • Prior non-profit experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Computer skills
  • Commitment to supporting a safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive environment
  • Valid drivers' license and insurance
