As a RN-Progressive Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention to shape exceptional patient journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to provide patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field

Requirements
  • Current state RN license or current RN licensure with a multistate compact state

  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
