RN-Progressive Care Overflow Specialist

As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Overflow unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize your critical thinking skills to provide exceptional patient care. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
- Current state RN license or multistate compact state licensure
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days of hire date
- $20,000 commitment-incentive bonus
