Essential Duties:

  • Oversee management functions including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff productivity.
  • Organize, staff, direct, and control daily departmental operations.
  • Formulate and execute policies and programs as needed; may include budgetary responsibilities.
  • Lead strategy implementation and transformational initiatives within the department.
  • Establish relationships with strategic partners, key stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Assist and advise executive leadership on budgeting, staff meetings, individual development plans, resource management, employee engagement, and initiative forecasting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/education as determined by the company.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in strategic leadership roles.
  • At least 3 years in program or operational management.
  • 3 years in a leadership capacity.
