Essential Duties:
- Oversee management functions including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff productivity.
- Organize, staff, direct, and control daily departmental operations.
- Formulate and execute policies and programs as needed; may include budgetary responsibilities.
- Lead strategy implementation and transformational initiatives within the department.
- Establish relationships with strategic partners, key stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Assist and advise executive leadership on budgeting, staff meetings, individual development plans, resource management, employee engagement, and initiative forecasting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/education as determined by the company.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in strategic leadership roles.
- At least 3 years in program or operational management.
- 3 years in a leadership capacity.
