Senior Technician
This role demands exceptional technical skills, leadership abilities, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will diagnose complex vehicle issues, lead by example, and guide your colleagues towards achieving remarkable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and repair various vehicle systems to meet industry standards.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging automotive technologies.
- Collaborate and train junior technicians to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain relevant certifications and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Hold a valid driver's license and safely operate company and customer vehicles.
- Proficiency in brake and hydraulic systems, steering and suspension, and tire repair.
- Effective communication of technical ideas to non-technical individuals.
- Strong math, reading, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- A.S.E. certification in at least one area (L1 certification acceptable).
