About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Infrastructure Technician to join our team in Sarasota, FL. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our fiber optic networks.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to develop solutions to complex network issues. You will also be responsible for conducting site assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize network performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fiber optic technology, including cable design, testing, and splicing. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
