Responsibilities:

* Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Answer the phone, receive guests and packages from courier
* Greet customers and guests in a friendly and helpful manner
* Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for the building
* Plan and schedule meals, drinks, and coffee for meetings
* Assist the office manager with administrative tasks
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders weekly
* Support the office manager on additional tasks and responsibilities
* Utilize Microsoft Outlook for calendar management
