UI Designer Job Description

At Bayone, we're seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and compelling designs that meet the company's objectives. Your primary focus will be on designing layouts and comps in collaboration with the merchant and marketing teams. You will also be responsible for enhancing customer site experiences and app experiences using existing templates and exploring new templates throughout the seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design layouts and comps in collaboration with the merchant and marketing teams.
  • Enhance customer site experiences and app experiences using existing templates and explore new templates throughout the seasons.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use, and engaging.
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners to understand the strategy and deliverables, and articulate creative thinking behind the aesthetic and design decisions.
  • Ensure consistent creative across all digital channels.
  • Research current trends in retail and related product categories.
  • Understand the learnings from previous campaigns and continue to evolve designs.
  • Ensure the level of excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, photography, and accessibility.

Requirements:
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
  • Regular attendance required.
