Licensed Medical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide compassionate care to our patients in the Denton, TX area.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work and active licensure in the state of practice. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families, as well as referrals to community resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on public and private eligibility standards and requirements.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active social work licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
