Gateway Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Full-Time Custodial Services Associates. We offer flexible afternoon and weekend shifts to accommodate our staff's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness in the workspaces of Gateway employees.
  • Sanitize restrooms utilized by staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Perform vacuuming and dusting in both work and living areas.
  • Handle the laundering of patient linens, including blankets and towels.
  • Safely dispose of confidential documents collected throughout the facility.
  • Keep floors and carpets clean and presentable.
  • Wash windows to ensure a clear view.
  • Prepare coffee setups for meetings and training sessions.
  • Dust and clean window blinds.
  • Conduct weekly inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Order necessary cleaning chemicals as needed.
  • Collaborate with Admissions regarding bed counts.
  • Wash walls as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Possess a blend of technical cleaning expertise, interpersonal skills, and personal attributes to deliver exceptional service to our residential clients.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a commercial cleaning environment is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass a Drug Screening.
  • Complete a TB Test.

Work Environment:

  • Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center.
  • Office-based setting.
