Job Title: Youth Crisis Center Peer Support Specialist

Clarvida - Idaho is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Crisis Center Peer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support to youth who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

About the Role:
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to youth in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist youth in accessing services and becoming informed consumers of services.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the center by conducting client and visitor check-ins and discharge.
Requirements:
  • Peer support certificate issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
  • Ability to obtain Optum Idaho Youth Peer Support Endorsement.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
