We are seeking a highly skilled Global Software Technical Consultant to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. As a key member of our LabX business, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our global customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a center of competence for workflow integrations and other consulting work related to LabX laboratory software and compatible instruments.
- Regionally focused integration and consulting for Lab solutions at global accounts (Americas, Europe, Asia).
- Work with LabX business development, LabX consultants, Lab Division GKAM and MO sales/service.
- Workflow and application development and support remotely or onsite (including requirements gathering, process definition, and working directly with users to the point of delivering a solution into implementation status).
- Coordinate and perform advanced customer training.
- Manage and coordinate regional and global integration projects.
- Train and coach MO teams to increase their level of competence.
- Stay current with laboratory regulations from such entities as USP, FDA, EMA, WHO.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or other related field.
- Experience working in a lab would be ideal.
- Network and Cloud know-how.
- Excellent speaking and writing in English (Spanish would be a plus).
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience.
- Willingness to travel: On average 50% travel.
- Project management skills - Ability to manage multiple project at a time in a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated, but works well within a team.
