- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our coding and education programs are current and effective.
- 5+ years of experience in coding, auditing, and education in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced knowledge of coding systems, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
