Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in an Outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
