Job Overview:

  • Oversee multiple production and service teams
  • Plan and execute successful project strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to procure roofing materials
  • Ensure a safe working environment at job sites
  • Maintain daily communication with clients and team members
  • Organize job assignments for labor crews
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections
  • Manage and maintain job-related documentation

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid state driver's license (in good standing) is essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership, management, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction is required
  • Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience
