  • Identify and formulate solutions for new facilities, energy initiatives, and projects.

  • Create engaging technical presentations utilizing quality visual aids and data calculations. At times, you will be required to confidently present to diverse audiences, tailoring your message for maximum retention.
  • Take initiative in creatively analyzing project data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Play a critical role in assigned high-profile projects, support assignments, and initiatives.
  • Apply engineering expertise to project planning, option evaluation, and risk mitigation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on various metrics. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate initiative and curiosity as you discover unique methods to measure and analyze data on assigned projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. A Master's degree and four (4) or more years of experience are highly preferred.
