Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients as prescribed on their individual treatment plans
- Escort patients to activities, meals, medical appointments, and other events within the institution
- Perform essential safety functions, including monitoring patient wards and responding to emergency codes
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm and therapeutic environment
- Conduct observation and security checks to ensure patient safety
