Position Overview
As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will play a vital role in addressing the mental health needs of our clients and the community.

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-person assessments and providing feedback, either face-to-face or via telehealth, based on client preferences.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and therapists, to deliver comprehensive care.

Your caseload will include clients from diverse backgrounds with various concerns, such as developmental disabilities, attention disorders, complex psychological conditions, and learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and intakes
  • Planning and executing assessment protocols
  • Administering psychological tests and interpreting results
  • Documenting findings and developing treatment strategies
  • Providing feedback to clients and clarifying diagnoses

Qualifications
We are looking for Psychologists who possess:

  • A Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Full licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure in Minnesota
  • Board eligibility or board certification
