Position Overview
This role is pivotal in driving new customer engagement and assisting key field leaders in establishing and meeting growth targets for their respective enterprises. The position utilizes data analysis to enhance performance, offering strategic direction, mentorship, and training to empower Ambassadors in fulfilling their business goals. Collaborates with Sales Leadership to formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives for the designated region. Through effective coaching and development, this role will cultivate a culture of excellence and contribute to ongoing revenue enhancement within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
The following are essential responsibilities:
•Establishes a high level of trust and rapport with leadership in the designated area of responsibility. Works closely with specific Ambassadors based on their experience and individual performance. Influences Ambassadors through adept questioning, active listening, and exemplary coaching.
•Utilizes data analysis to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics for the assigned area. Collaborates with the Data Analytics team and Sales Leadership to create insightful reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive performance and growth. Provides expert coaching and guidance to Ambassadors, analyzing business reports and offering strategic advice to refine sales strategies, motivate teams, and ensure alignment with company policies and programs.
•Develops a comprehensive understanding of the Plexus compensation structure and discusses specifics with Ambassadors. Outlines steps and formulates business plans to assist Ambassadors in maximizing earnings and career advancement.
•Achieves or surpasses designated daily and monthly call plan targets.
•Monitors and evaluates regional data, providing recommendations for growth on a monthly and quarterly basis. Supplies month-to-date and year-to-date territory summaries to Sales leaders.
•Collaborates with Sales Leadership to establish and drive the strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth initiatives for North America. Growth initiatives encompass overall sales, customer acquisition (recruiting), and rank advancements.
•Participates in Annual Convention and other company events as assigned. Travels to designated states approximately once or twice per year.
•Leads and engages in various projects as assigned.
