We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Worker to join our team at the Community Crisis Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and model behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform basic nursing care and activities within scope and practice as directed by the licensed nurse.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely entry into patient medical records.
  • Adhere to Billings Clinic safety standards, policies, and practices.
  • Utilize performance improvement principles to assess and improve the quality of patient care.
Requirements
  • High School or GED.
  • Preferred training or direct experience of at least two years in the mental health field.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Healthcare provider CRP certification at hire.
