Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and security of our youth during overnight hours, performing regular bed checks and maintaining a trauma-informed environment.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to our youth, serving as a positive role model and mentor.
- Assist with daily and monthly responsibilities, including material organization, filing duties, and report writing.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.
- 21 years old or older
- Criminal and child abuse clearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with youth in a mental health setting
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Ability to obtain certification in First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention
