We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Supervisor RN to join our team at Honest Medical Group. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and supervising overall activities for health maintenance and promotion programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily leadership and be accountable for clinical programs for product lines and members served to ensure contractual compliance and achievement of clinical, quality, and utilization management goals.
- Develop the capabilities and refine the processes and workflows required to effectively grow and manage the Clinical Operations team.
- Facilitate the successful implementation of clinical programs, vendor relationships, and technology-enabled health programs.
- Work closely with the Market Operations team and report to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations.
- Oversee a team that includes Nurse Care Managers and work closely with Social Workers, Care Coordinators, and Transition of Care Coordinators.
- Must have reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless remote work communication and productivity.
- Degree from an accredited nursing program with a minimum of an Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license is required.
- 2+ years of continuous hospital clinical experience within the past 10 years required.
- 2+ years of continuous ambulatory clinical experience within the past 5 years required, preferably in care management or practice management.
- Experience using data to drive strategy and execution.
- Ability to execute clinical programs with clear demonstration of results.
- Skilled using the Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Point).
- Experience in interdisciplinary team management, including the ability to facilitate interdisciplinary team member discussions.
- Experience in home health care, health plans, or hospice preferred.
- Expertise in Performance Improvement preferred.
