Job Description

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor at Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hospice division. This role requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the screening, hiring, orientation, education, and retention of hospice employees to meet the care needs of our patients and families.
  • Evaluate the care provided to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, accepted standards of home care clinical practice, and applicable government guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective processes for providing adequate and appropriate supervision of hospice employees, employee access to qualified supervisory staff, and oversight of clinical supervisors.
  • Assist the Hospice Administrator in preparing and administering the organization's budget and developing strategic goals.
  • Oversee the maintenance of patient and family records, statistics, and reports for evaluation of care and services provided, as well as compliance with applicable law and regulation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Active license to practice as an RN in the state(s) in which patient care is provided.
  • One to two years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven years, preferably in hospice or related healthcare organization.
  • One year of experience managing caregivers within the last five years.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.

Pay Rate: $80k-$120k annually.
