Wound Care Center Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Care Coordinator to join our team at Healogics. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the coordination of clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities, including patient assessment, care planning, and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet the Center's program objectives.
- Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants.
- Engage in staff development, providing in-services and individual instruction and orientation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and key hospital personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current RN license and Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- One year of experience as an RN, with two or more years' experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience and wound care certification preferred.
