We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Electrical Solutions to join our team in Madison, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and contribute to the success of our innovative electrical solutions.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock purchase plan.

As a Project Manager - Electrical Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects varying in size and value. You will evaluate sales handoff packages, verify design accuracy, scope alignment, and feasibility. You will also direct the creation and approval of Structural Design Packages, leading a team of CAD and Structural Design Engineers.

You will collaborate with the Lead Electrical Engineer to develop Electrical Design Packages, ensuring customer requirements are fully integrated. You will process and implement feedback from customers, professional engineers, and state approval bodies, issuing precise redlines to CAD teams for revision.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to interface and influence at all levels, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
