Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Chiller Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC chiller technician roles, with a strong background in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and performance issues through observation, testing, and setup.

  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including operating hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.

  3. Complete electronic documentation of service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours.

  4. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining service charges and work performed.

  5. Maintain inventory stock on the service vehicle and reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly time sheets for supervisor review.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC chiller technician roles.

  2. Ability to follow construction plans and specifications for proper installation and repair.

  3. A valid EPA Card and TDLR certification.

  4. A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

  5. The ability to pass a drug screen.
