Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $52,000 - $68,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that engage preschool-age children in hands-on learning activities.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to understand individual child needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values open communication and mutual respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with preschool-age children.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
