About the Role

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a multi-provider, primary care practice in Windsor, CT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other health team members or specialists.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider's practice, as designated by protocols.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible).
  • At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
