Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, combined with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for engineering projects.
  • Review engineering designs, specifications, and requirements to identify potential quality issues early in the development process.
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews, cross-functional planning, and other project meetings to provide input on quality-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to quality assurance in engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role within an engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles/software engineering concepts.
  • Proficiency in test planning, test case development, and test execution methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of Manual software QA testing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with quality assurance tools and software, such as defect tracking systems and statistical analysis tools, is desirable.
