Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Telemetry environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Minimum 1-year Cardiac Telemetry experience required, and Critical Care (ICU/CCU) experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
