ProCare Therapy Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Opportunity

At ProCare Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with communication challenges.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate who has experience working in educational settings and is able to support students with speech and language development. As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans and conduct therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans and conducting therapy sessions.
  • Document student progress and adapt therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers to enhance student learning in the classroom.
  • Maintain open communication with families regarding student achievements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field is required.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
