We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back to the customer according to established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, and possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, and lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
